strange message

Strange message appeared yesterday on I-drive(2011 X3 35I)as follows:

4X4.chassis stabilisation,please drive moderately and call nearest BMW service center.

Have an appointment on Monday to rectify the problem(if there is one), however the message is
no longer displayed and car drives fine.Has anyone else had this message?
Will keep the appointment and will post outcome.

I've seen several people post with this message and as long as it went away and didn't come back, they said that it was just a software glitch. The car hadn't thrown any codes and it never re-appeared. Keep us posted.

I had a single occurence of the message at 6 months and 5K miles. The dealer checked and printed out the log but could find no problem. Now at 12 months and 8K miles there has been no recurrence.

I had the same error message.
Went to the dealership.
Turned out to be a compter glitch.

Took vehicle to dealership for checkup on Monday.
No problems found.Message has not reappeared since then.

I had one to - at 14 months and 14k miles. Hasn't reappeared.
