Damn! Talk about forgetting to list the absolute most obvious thing on a lease! Yikes. My payment is $568/month (including CA sales tax of 7.75%)...sorry about that!

Its beginning to look like Gunter is moving to Chicago with me...hit me up in the next couple of weeks if anyone is interested in providing a good home before we go. Work relocation to midwest will occur in February so I was hoping to let him stay in the warmer states...Worst case, snow shoes I suppose
