E63 / E64 6 Series (2003 - 2013)
The E63/E64 BMW 6 Series builds on BMW's sporty heritage with aggressive lines and an incredible motor to back the design up. Available in coupe and convertible trims with a standard 4.8 liter engine producing 360 horsepower and 360 lb-ft of torque, the 6-series is a popular choice that exceeds expectations.

Style 249 Rims for Sale?

I'm looking for a set of the OEM style 249 rims (2008-2010 sport package) - see attached photo. Looks like there are several places online where I can pick up a set, but I thought I would check here to see if anyone had some they were looking to sell. I only need the rims, not tires. Thanks!

Try to find real OEM wheels since the 249s are forged. Knock-offs will be lower quality cast wheels (heavy and soft).

Hi there, do you still need a set? I have a set of OEM style 249 wheels that came on my 650i and have been thinking about selling them.

Are the Style 121(Ellipsoids) forged or cast?

Cast, and they are very prone to cracking. There was a class-action against BMW for these wheels and BMW would replace them for free if you were the original car owner.

Do a search on this forum if you want more info. There are a few threads on the topic.

Rims Available

I have a set for sale (still on the car). I just purchased the 18" wheels I was looking for to replace the 249s with so I can reduce the price. If you are interested let me know. The details are in the link below.

I was under the impression that the rears were 18mm offset... let me see if I can dig up more info.

Edit: Nvm, they are definitely +14mm off set for both front and back. I stand corrected.
