Rough/Idle to No Start help me out plz

Hello all i drive a 1997 BMW 318i it went from rough idles then got warm and worked perfectly fine to Hold your foot on the gas pedal till it got warm and ran fine..Now it wont even stay on when its warm...

I have done the tune up on this car fuel filter plugs filter sprayed mass air flor etc oil change
I even have the oxygen sensors didnt throw them in yet but looking forward to doing it soon
I also Cleaned the ICV It was stuck with a bunch of crap inside it now it slides freely i did notice a split in the ICV hose on one end but a friend of mine taped it and nothing changed.
Also I took off the TPS and i notice it spent a few times and im not sure how many times it turned so im kinda confused on putting that back sorry Im a noob and im trying lol....Heres what i took off to get to the ICV it didnt break or anything but there is a spring under neath it and i notice it spent a few times http://postimage.org/image/n5g5i8aid/

Your last line tells what's wrong with it. Replace the TPS. It won't run with the TPS "spent around" (spinning????).

So I notice when i first started the car cold i had to apply gas to the car to keep it on rev to 3rpm if it droped below that the car would sputter and spit bad..AAfter it warmed up i still needed to give it gas but i could rev to 1 without it sputter almost thought it would idle but shut off right after i let the gas go ..I really need this fixed guys i have a BMW shop right next door to me but the guy has not been at work for a few weeks do to the hurricane here
