leaking windshield washer reservoir or pump

I filled my windshield washer reservoir and it started leaking, slowly.
This weekend I changed my brakes so I removed the passenger side front wheel well cover to take a look.
Right behind it sits the reservoir. I noticed there is some water around the pump.
Would replacing the pump with a $7 pump from ebay fix this leak ? I am not sure if it is the pump or the seal between the pump and the reservoir.
How does the pump come out ? Just pull it up ?

They don't use the same pump/seal ?

I couldn't tell you if they do or not. I know on the 330i that I changed, it had two grommets and pumps, one for the windshield and one for the headlights. They were only a few dollars each at the BMW Dealer. I can't imagine the M ones would cost more or be different. I do know that a standard 3 series has the reservoir up top and not low like yours so that is why I deleted my post. I didn't want to confuse things and potentially make it worse.

I do not have the headlight sprayers.
I will see if they have the grommets for this model and try that first. I can always still order the pump later if it turns out to be bad.
