An RSA isn't a thing. There's Rear Shocks, and there's Rear Trailing Arms...

But it is only when I go over a bump , is it just the shock hitting the bump stop?

If it's the shock hitting the bump stop, then you've got much more serious suspension problems, like broken springs. It's probably the shock mounts, though. Read that thread I posted.

The sound sounds like it is coming more from under the parking brake area though

Could be something like transmission mounts, then. Although, it is more likely that it is actually coming from the rear. Have somebody sit in the back and see what they hear.
