Chris Markey / Larry Stenson - BMW Austin

I ordered a car with the internet sales team of Chris Markey/Larry Stenson at BMW of Austin.
From my first email to them they were always extremely honest, patient and kind to me. I admit that I am not the easiest person to please but both Chris Markey and Larry Stenson went above and beyond my expectations to get me everything I wanted/needed including price. Out of all the car transactions I have been through I have never been as pleased as I currently am. I also have never posted feedback or a recommendation for anyone before, but I very much felt like I needed to this time around.

Glad to hear that. I have had a good relationship with Mike Hanaway there, but the last deal I worked on a couple of years ago with him got killed when the finance guy wouldn't budge on money factor. He suggested I should think about a more affordable car if I was not comfortable with the payments.

BMW of Austin Service is the best...I think we're particularly lucky since they're the only game in town.
