November Money factor and residuals....?

Is it still .00135? Anyone know the residual on a 2013 135i Coupe, 36 month and 10k lease?

Can someone confirm rates on 2013 328i sedan in November? I was thinking .00130 but want to verify please...

I would also like to confirm the MF on the X1. I believe it to be .00135 but dealer is quoting .00145. Please advise.

The money factor is .00125, they marked it up .0002. I would tell them you want .00125 but will give them $925 on the lease fee which is $200 over the base $725.

There is no reason to pay a markup on either way. Get base fee and base rate!

Lots of dealers won't do base on both. Is it possible to get $300-$500 over invoice and base mf and $725 lease fee ? Yes, but most BMW dealers won't do that unless it is a special situation. If a CA comes to finance with that deal and the buyer is like me and buys nothing in finance they will be screaming after you leave.

YES.......... it is possible to get $300-$500 over invoice and base mf and $725 lease fee, IT'S REALLY NOT THAT HARD.. just go in w/ the info upfront and say that is what you want and they can make a deal now... If they know what they are doing you can make a deal in 30 seconds!!! it's that simple... FYI....as long as I agree w/ my clients on these terms upfront........ I do not care it you get a 128 or a 760 individual w/ protection package :-) these are the basic bullet points to any deal. (pun intended)

At this point, wouldn't it be better to wait for December to pick up a car just in case it gets better? It seems like there is a very slim chance the rates will get worst. For example for the people that have cars arriving next week or the week after, you might just want to wait another week or so to pick it up just in case.

Historically BMW does not change their rates Nov to Dec.

Ouch! last month it was 36 Month – Residual 57% of MSRP – .00135 Base Rate. Hoped that the residual would at least remain the same?
