Need everyones opinion
Hello all,
I own a 02 325i. I recently had a problem with the right rear. I was beginning to get banging coming from that corner, along with a feeling that the car was leaning to that same corner. So much so that my right leg would ache from sliding to one side. The shop that I usually take it too said it was a blown RTAB. The shop replaced them with the red ones and when I left the car felt 100X better. In about 24-48 hours I was hearing the banging again. Not too long after that I started feeling it lean again. I returned to the shop thinking maybe I got faulty RTAB's. They checked, and now say its a bad ball joint and end links. Would a failure of RTABs or ball joint and links produce the same symptoms? Im asking simply to ensure Im not getting taken for a ride on this.

Did anyone check for a broken spring, which is fairly common on E46s ?
