Mine came with them and yes it would look very incomplete if you did the bumper without the ducts. They take the place of your fog lights.

Hey, I want to do the same with my 650i.
I like that " smile" of m6 bumper
However, my m6 bumper came without the brake air ducts. Do you know if the oem m6 ducts will fit to 650i brakes?
Let me know please, thanks

Yes they fit in. I'm not sure if the supports are in the 650i or not but they only cost about $22 a piece (#14 in the link). The opening in the wheel well is smaller on the 650 than the M6 but it doesn't prevent install, just restricts some air flow from the air ducts to the breaks.

Okay, thank you very much. I will order it today.
I have one more question, the M6 has no fog lights?
There is no room for oem ones, right?

I found my fog lights taped up and stuck in the bumper. The switch inside was also disabled/blocked from movement.

If you just take the lights out the system detects that they are missing and gives you an error. We have had some folks mention that one before with the M6 bumper conversion.

Oh ok, thanks for info.
Maybe I will buy some led lights with transistor on eBay. Transistor will eliminate the error i hope. They look like the LEDs on Audi. I think they look nice.

Nope. Nothing is necessary. Your BMW has everything it needs as delivered.
