Misfire Code

Hi all,
I just bought a 1997 540i a couple weeks ago, and the other day my check engine light came on. I got the codes and they were P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303, and P0304. So basically random misfires on cylinders 1-4. The engine seemed like it was running just fine so I used my scan tool to delete the codes and see if they would pop back up right away. I've been driving the car for over 100 miles now and the check engine light still hasn't come back on and there still isn't any codes to be read. Does anyone know where I should start to fix this problem? Or should I just leave it and wait for the check engine light to come on again. Thanks
-Chris
