E39 (1997 - 2003)
The BMW 5-Series (E39 chassis) was introduced in the United States as a 1997 model year car and lasted until the 2004 when the E60 chassis was released. The United States saw several variations including the 525i, 528i, 530i and 540i. -- View the E39 Wiki

EuroSpec ESR4 wheels (BBS LM Design).
A guy is selling me his rims with below specs. Will this fit our cars without any mods?

Front: 19x8.5 ET 35
Rear: 19x9.5 ET 25
Tires: Falken FK452 (2) 225/39/19 & (1) 245/35/19

you have to get the center bore and the offset. center bore must be 74.1 and offset i think is +10 to +25 but im not sure about the offset.

As MikesE39 said, you need to know center bored of the wheels. The front offset of 35 is high for E39, you need spacers. Rear should be fine.
