We can swap a better one in if we want right? I have this one but I may want to change it later tomorrow if the other two places I want to try come out better. If not...oh well.

Yes, you can swap out your photo as much as you want until December 10th, but please do so by editing your original post rather than creating a new post with a new photo. It will be harder for me to compile everything if people change their minds on their photos and have multiple photos submitted when there's only supposed to be one per person.

And just as reminder to everyone, only TEN DAYS LEFT to get your photos submitted!

1/4 of a second is a helluva long exposure time.

I've used an hour long exposure before. All depends what you're shooting, and in what light.

Before Jan? Nah.

In all seriousness I want to keep it very-long-term. I have actually kept a car for a while for those that don't believe me. The Jag XJR stuck around a whole year and 20k miles. The C280 was also close to a year and 20k miles. The Range Rover I just traded was actually a year and a half () and 12k miles. Hoping to keep this one several years and toy with other cars. If we end up needing more money for other cars though it may go.

Plan right now is keep E38 long term, sell E36 and buy GMT400 Suburban and an uber-cheap daily for me (either a BMW or possibly a Saab) and sell the E39 for pure pocket change.

How soon is soon? I want to replace the smoked tails with clears before the shoot so if you'll be up real soon I'll get on it.
