BMW 528i Code P0319
Started up my BMW this morning, and got a check engine light. I got it checked up and all the guy told me was that it's a Circuit Malfunction. Code P0319. What do I have to replace. I searched and couldn't find anything.

P0319 Rough Road Sensor B Signal Circuit
You got me. Did you actually see the code readout, or are you going by what he said? Was this a BMW specialist?

By what he said. No this was by advanced auto. I went real quick to check it out before work. But that's what he said, and thats what it says online. Just want to know what to replace.

That error code makes very little sense. If he read it wrong, it could have been P0819 or P0919 which are transmission codes.
Is your car an automatic? Does it shift ok?

I found some (google) leads to a land rover forum and an audi forum. The advice there reports that the signal comes from the ABS module. Seeing how these are both European brands and they both point to the ABS system, I think it may be related. One suggestion from the audi forum was to perform a reset. Have you tried to reset the computer (disconnect battery)?

Haven't tried disconnecting the battery, and yes it is an Automatic. I'll get it checked up again later today.

Clean the wheel speed sensors first. Usually these are the first throw out of whack the ABS related errors.
