Front Passenger window Auto function
So I found out recently that my front passenger side window doesn't go up using the "auto" function. I have to actually hold that switch up the whole time and wait for it to roll up. However, it works as its supposed to for going down. All other windows work perfectly fine for up and down. And just in case it needs to be explained, by "auto" I mean you push/pull the window buttons to that second position, all the way basically. Hope I'm making sense.
Does each window have a seperate relay? An if so, would anyone know which one it is and where it's located? Thanks! |

So I tried that method and it didn't work. The pass window will only go up if I hold the button up. I don't have an error message at all also.
Are there any other methods to try? |

So I read a little more on this forum as well as other forums and others have had the same issue as me, where the auto UP (only) on the front passenger side doesn't work. Someone had suggested that the Anti-Trap funtion could be active due to a connection being unplugged or the sensor being faulty. So I tested the Anti-Trap funtion by sticking a towel in the windows path and see if it rolls back down, and it worked as advertised.
![]() I then went back and attempted the auto function reset steps to see if maybe I could get it to work, but it STILL doesn't work Can SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!?!? It's ONLY the front passenger window, and it's ONLY auto UP that doesn't work correctly.
