Sounds like the typical condensation from a cold engine/exhaust during warm up.

Does it smell sweet?

Are you losing coolant?

Have you checked the spark plugs for color variation?

Probably nothing but, if you are worried I can reccomend several more tests You can even buy a chemical test for your coolant to see if combustion gasses are present. Still, I would check the free things above first.

Watch your coolant levels. If they drop rapidly and faster than you arr accustomed to, then you need to do many tests. It sounds like alot of condensation due to a sudden change in weather which is why you are concerned.

Please watch your temp gauge more closely while driving until you have put this issue to rest.

Coolant levels may drop quickly to the cold mark (halfway up the expansion tank). This is alright. However, once it is near the halfway mark, it should be stable, and if it falls, it should be very slow....like you'll need a topup once every 6-8 weeks or something like that.

I wouldnt have thought anything of this, all of my cars do this, but topping off the coolant does throw a flag.

I'd keep and eye on it for a little while, notice the rate of coolant loss if any, also, i have "pee-pads" under all my cars to see what theyre leaking or where from and how much, i suggest a box with a towl on it, or just a white flattened box, like i use. Maybe your car is just dripping it from somewhere rather than consuming it.

I live in montana and mine does it terribly until the condensation steams away. Look and see if its leaving a water puddle on the ground from the tail pipe. I had the same concern until I noticed the puddle
