Z3 Parting out a 1.9l Z3?

Hey guys I have some quick questions for you.

I'm thinking of picking up a high mileage Z3 (250k) to turn into a project car.

-- It has the 1.9l M44, 5 speed manual trans, and from what I can find online most likely a 4.44 rear diff. My question is, how much do you think I could realistically get for the motor and diff?

If I get the car, I'd be looking to swap in a turbo M50, probably a 3.23 rear LSD, and some other goodies to make it a fun DD/weekend track toy


Also, do any of you know if I would run into any fitment issues swapping in a 6cyl motor into the z3 body? The 6cyl swaps are incredibly common and easy in the e36 body style, but there's not too much info on the z3 swaps online..
