Yet another good deal on a 550i xDrive thread?

Hi all,

I'm new to the forum and new to BMW, so some advise on a verbal deal I have with a local dealer would be appreciated.

First here's the car:
-2013 BMW 550i xDrive
-Black on Black with Aluminum trim
-Cold Weather Package
-M-Sport package
-Luxury Seating Package
-Sport Auto Transmission with Paddle Shifters
-BMW Apps
-MSRP $71,495

Now the deal:
-39 month 12k/year lease
-.00145 money factor (talked down from .00165)
-55% residual value (seems low)
-$66,995 negotiated price (1k over invoice)
-$2,000 incentive + $1,000 USAA = $63,995 net

Final payment depends on trade differential TBD.

Not as good a deal as some I've seen on this forum, but MN has only two BMW dealers and I had to work hard to get this much out of them. I'm not really interested in out of state dealers because of trade-in issues.
