Need some help on this 335xi deal I have brewing

I'm sure the folks who have been here a while are probably sick of seeing the, "Is this a good deal?" threads... I apologize ahead of time.

Those who are not, or willing to just post your quick opinion either way, I would greatly appreciate it! I've been doing a lot of homework, like I'm sure many of you have. First, if the dealer doesn't want to deal over email - I move one. So far none have turned me down.

I'm looking at the following, and have asked for out the door price...

335xi
Black Leatherete
Heated front seats
NAV
Harman sound

MSRP is $49,220
and I was able to get them down to

$45,240

Thoughts? I would really like to get the lighting package added...

What does that out the door price include? If it actually includes sales tax and other fees it looks pretty good. You should have everything broken down so you know what's in there. How do you know if you're getting the full benefit of the available incentives? You should negotiate from invoice up.

The 335 comes with xenons standard. There is no lighting package.

Great question. They did break it down, and the price includes the incentives. I live in NH, so we don't have any sales tax, but the price includes all the do fees..etc..

I was able to just negotiate a similar deal on a 328xi this week. My MSRP was a few hundred less than yours as was my sale price so we got a similar deal. I ordered mine though and had to balance pushing a good trade-in vs. sale price. It took a few dealers to get down to that level so you are in a good spot.

Try asking about the iPhone app discount. I was able to get an additional $300 w/ it.
