Need help naming a hose

I have a coolant leak in a hose on the driver side it has 3 connections on it kind of like a t. Its a 2003 745. Anyone know where i can get a diagram?

If it is leaking from the end of the hose where the plastic is then it is more than likely the o-ring inside it. Mine leaked there recently where the hose goes onto the top of the radiator. The o-ring was 38mm inside diameter with a 4mm cross section. Only cost about $2 to purchase.
