Zf6hp19
Does anyone know where I can find a repair manual for a ZF6HP19 transmission? I've scoured the Internet to no avail. I have an email out to ZF and ATSG. Does anyone know if the ZF6HP26 transmission is similar enough to be able to use its repair manual for diagnosis purposes as well as rebuilding it?
Thanks in advance! |

"epcatalogs" has a listing for "functional description" which I believe is different than a repair manual. I've seen this listed on quite a few sites. Most other models also have a listing for a repair manual, but not the zf6hp19. Does anyone have a "functional description" manual and can tell me what it contains? I'm leery of spending the money for it only to find out it may just be an overview of the transmission.
As for TRNW.net, all I can find on this transmission is error codes and nothing about a manual. Thanks for taking a stab at the issue I'm having. Like I said though, I've scoured the Internet looking for a repair manual, so if anyone has happened to obtain one or knows how to properly contact ZF, I'd appreciate some help. |

Yea, there are a zillion little sites like those that all want you to pay some money to join before you can attempt to download something that they call a manual. I think the results are generated by their crawler using the metadata from my search request through Google. Besides, I have no problem paying for a manual if one really does exist, but I'm starting to think that if one does, it hasn't been released by ZF yet.

If you can find that manual, it's 99% the same. I rebuilt my transmission using it and it was identical. If you can't find it, pm me and I'll put it up on dropbox and send you the link.
