Mann Oil filter Question- Mexico?

Bought a Mann oil filter off amazon this week and got it the other day. Says made in mexico. Is it a fake or are they really made in mexico. I can't recall where the BMW filters were made. My wife's C300 Mann oil filter I got is made in Germany. It's got the reinforcment cage that MB started calling for few years back.

There is a Mann Oil Filter plant in an industrial park in Queretero, north of Mexico City.

I bought about 10 of them when Advanced Auto have them on sale for $5 ea. They are all made in Mexico. The ones made in China are questionable.

Mann has factory in Mexico for certain filters.
That is good stuff, don't worry.
I have used the Mann filter (from Mexico) so many times, zero problems.

Ok, cool guys. Yeah, I'm not questioning Mexico per say, but just to see if I was dooped a fraud. China... F that. Wouldn't even posted, I would of sent it back or trashed it and gone back to a BMW filter.
