why not just paint it black.... or you can try plasti dip first to see how it looks in all black.

to paint it I would need to sand it than prime it than paint it i will pass on that.

my grill is chrome around it and the front of slats and black inside.I want all black I have silver car and black rims.

Why not try this guys:
https://www.dipyourcar.com/home.php If you clean it thoroughly and wipe down with some isopropyl alcohol that should be enough.
