Thermostat
How difficult is it to change a thermostat in a 95 325i? I'm going to
Try to do it myself.

its not that hard. (granted if your comfortable on working on your car)
its a simple: remove fan, remove coolant hoses closest to nose of car and remove like 3 or 4 bolts heres the diy http://www.dvatp.com/bmw/diy/thermostat/
