Struggling to find 2013 640i Wheel fit

Would like to get aftermarket wheels for my incomming 2013 640i coup, but have run into difficulty finding proper rim fit for these late models..
It appears that the 2012 and 2013's have a different fitment specs that the 6 predecesors (up to 2011); thus, there are not many wheels with this new set of offsets and fits.
Would like to stay with either 18" or 19" wheels, since I like comfort ride more so than the looks of bigger rims. 18" will save me some coin, since I would be able to use the rubber that comes with the stock tires. So here is my question:
1. What is the exact Offset number for the rims that would fit this car perfectly.

2. How can I be sure that if I stay with 18", the aftermarket rims of my choice will clear the caliper brakes (which seem to be a problem with these new models)?

I'm Looking at the Lexani's R-5 18", but very hesitant to pull the trigger due to fitment concerns.

How about Vossens or ADVs? Vossens seem to fit pretty snug on the new 6'er in 22x9 22x10.5 fitment. They come in 19"+ if you don't mind that too much, but they look beautiful, aren't very expensive and if you are expecting your car in 4-6 weeks they'll be built and delivered by the time your car gets here. ADV's on the other hand come in 18+ and although they are pricier than the Vossens we are currently holding a Thanksgiving weekend sale on both brands.
