Any members in the Cleveland area?

Just started coding my F10 535. Wondered if there were any other coders in the Cleveland area.

Just picked up my 2013 550 on Friday! Just learned about coding through this forum. Was curious how its going? Im in the Akron area.

Did you do it yourself or have some help? I'm reading up on it but guess I'm a little worried about messing it up and having a 70K paperweight...haha

I did it myself. I was a first timer as well, and didnt want a 70k paperweight either, but I did a ton of reading on these forums, and didn't have too much of a problem. Happy to help if you need anything.

Glad to hear it went well. What changes did you make just out of curiosity? I think i have some more reading to do but more and more that seat belt reminder is pissing me off...lol

Personal favorites:
Always store drivers heated seat setting
fold close mirrors on lock
open close trunk from button inside door and fob
Sport displays
remove iDrive startup warnings and camera warnings
unlock doors when engine is stopped


Other coding changes:
Tire pressure monitor display
Seat Belt displays.
digital spedometer in the cluster.
allow side cameras at any speed


There's probably a few others that I've done, but don't remember off the top fo my head.
