That is awesome! I got an E66 and would love that. But the interior is grey with wood trim so it would be look a bit weird if I went with that white carbon fiber trim. I do love it!

02x745Li: lots of different colors to choose from. grey interior would look great with a 3m 1080 anthracite. 3m di-noc ca420 gunmetal carbon fiber, 3m 1080 brushed steel/ aluminum/ black. I will post some pics of materials soon...

1 quick question . I notice you did all the wood
Trim except the rear wood part that is on the
Rear deck above the Rear seat . YOu know the
Long wood behind the headerest on the Rear
deck . Did you not do that part Or did you
just forget to post that part ?

PAPER: good point, i don't remember seeing that part/ looking for it... i could've missed it, owner didn't say anything about it so maybe he didn't have that part as well...

I like it alot! one question thou. Did you take apart the trim from the car or did the owner of the car that?
I want to do the same but I'm not so sure how to do it. Some parts I know but if you maybe you have pics

I couldn't disagree more. The flat wood trim looks so much better than the gloss. When I bought my 7 I only considered ones with the flat wood, it is so much more modern. I also know that I don't share the taste of most on the forum.

I can tell by our posts that I don't share the same taste as you.

I can get into a 10 page ran't about this, but I was trained in design, made a career out of design and came from a design family. You won't find any faux columns in my house, or any textured drywall, or any archways, and you will never see the "model" of my house anywhere else and is built on a 33 foot wide lot, yet it received one of the highest AIA awards when it was built.

I don't expect the masses to understand or appreciate design, but believe me I there is a small community of well trained individuals that determine trends wither you like it or not, just like Bangle's design of the 745, a car that the masses hated when it came out. Not bad...have any other colors? Black interior here, so black carbon would look good.

I hear you brotha. I actually own 4 Faux leather ottomans (an not ashamed of it), an they hold up very well. I am just not a fan of flat wood trim its " Rather tasteless" in my oponion. . P.S My brother has the same car as me, with the same color interior an exterior as me but his wood trim is flat walnut an he loves it so I guess we all like different things.
