business navigation to 16:9 navigation

Hi everybody, I am new to the forum. Recently bought a BMW X3, year 2004. Car comes from Germany and has a built in navigation, with a small screen, I think it is called business navigation:


In the back, on the left side a have a DVD player, on which is written DVD NAVIGATION SYSTEM.
My questions is, can I buy the multicolor screen 16:9, which gets installed in front:
and make it work with my current navigation and DVD player? Do i need to buy only the screen, or do I need to change all installation, DVD, etc?

You probably don't have the video cables running from the nav to the front of the car. Pull the radio, if it has a small white and blue 12 pin plug, i think the video is on the white plug. If you have the video lines, you can use navcoder to set the DVD from MONO to COLOUR.
