Trunk lid won't stay closed
My trunk lid on my 2006 530i keeps poping open seconds after I close it - license plate light also not functioning even with new BMW lights installed. Is this an actuator or electrical wiring problem:

Check out below. This sounds similar to your issue. It could also be the issue with the plate lights.
