Heating and Air problems
Just got a 2000 model 323i and when I am having a problem with the heating and air. Basically sometimes it works perfect and sometimes it wont blow any air (hot or cold). All the controls still appear to work, I can change the temp and fan speed but nothing happens. Any Ideas

Search on FSR or final stage resistor. This is a common failure and is related to fan speed problems. Also mentioned in the wiki.
