How do I reset the Inspection Indicator?

My wife's 07 Z4 is coming up on 100K. I will do the service myself but how do I reset the indicator that is in the gauge cluster? I just changed oil and reset the oil life indicator. But the Inspection still shows.

Also is there a way to change the oil life mileage? I am undecided as to how many miles I will put on before an oil change. But am certain I will do a change before the 15,000 indicated. I am now running Mobil 0W-40, so I'll have to decide a mileage I am comfortable with.

Cheers,
Ron

Reset instructions are in the Z4 how to sticky

The "SERVICE INTERVAL INDICATOR (SIA) DISTANCE" can be coded for 6k, 12k, 15k, 25k or 30k kilometers. Or just use a log book, which is what I use.
