Great Buying Experience with Justin Wong at New Century BMW

Reporting in on my experience buying from board sponsor Justin Wong at New Century BMW in Alhambra, CA. I went in knowing what I wanted. Justin did his best to locate a car with the configuration I wanted but couldn't quite get there. He happily ordered one from Germany and worked me into a production slot for that very week. I was kept informed throughout the process with VIN and ship name sent along when available. Eight weeks later I picked up my new X1.

Deal was exactly as agreed upon over email. Finance guy was low key and offered the usual warranty extensions but was never pushy. Rear cargo mat I wanted to buy was thrown into the deal for free and sent UPS to my home at no charge when the parts folks couldn't figure out where they had stored it.

The entire deal was done via email until delivery. So if you are in the market anywhere in the country and can do European or PDC delivery I'd recommend getting in touch with Justin. I'd have no qualms about buying another car through him. Thanks Justin!
