Looking to Lease a 2013 640iC - Deal or No Deal?

I am currently in the market for a 2013 640iC.

Can someone please let me know if this is a good deal?

$400 - Cold Weather
$3,400 - Executive
$1,300 - 19" V-spoke (366)

Total MSRP: $88,795

36 Month Lease
12K Miles p year

Total Due @ Signing: $3,473.53

Monthly Lease Payment: $1,099.33

What's the Cap Cost and Money Factor(Rate)?..

Not a good deal - without even knowing the lease details. If you amortize your down pmt, it's about another $96/month. So your real monthly pmt is $1196. I pay significantly less than that, with zero down, for a car with an MSRP in the mid-90s. I think you can do better, understanding that there's an extra 1% sales tax in NJ over MI.

To better assist, we do need to know the cap cost, MF and residual.

There is crucial info lacking, to make an educated assesment of your deal: Did you get the $3,500 Holliday credit + $750 loyalty credit towards the cap cost or the lease?. Did you put down multiple security deposits to bring your payments down (those are refundable at the end of the lease)?. How much was the Money Factor (dealers can Jackup this number for their profits)?. Residual value at the end of the term. There is no mention of how much they came down of the MRSP (which is the starting number for the calculations). I just hammered a deal on a 640 coupe, and believe me; the folks in this board help me save $7,000 over the life of the lease, just by educating me on how all this things (cap cost, MF, MSD etc), affect your botton line vs your dealer profits.

We purchased our 640GC on European Delivery. Pmt is $1,009.00 plus tax for 36 months with 15k miles per year. Sticker was $101k. Your deal doesn't seem that great at first glance. When you get the additional information, it will be easier to calculate what you should offer.
