Help!!

This is my first posting in this forum, please help if you can.

I had my starter replaced today by a mechanic that my roommate knows. When I got the car back the starter works but does not sound right, and now there are 5 CCID error codes that were never there before:

CCID 24, 35, 131, 307, 354

I am assuming that he did not re-connect something correctly?? Any help would be appreciated.
