noco genius g3500 where do i plug it the engine bay or trunk

i just bought a noco genius g3500 .where do i plug it in the engine bay or the trunk ???

You don't need to plug it in the trunk, you can plug it in the charging terminal at the engine bay. (It has a RED CAP with a + sign)

where the -- minus charging terminal???

If i'm not mistaken you can plug the - terminal anywhere on the chassis but it is recommended that you plug it in a bolt that BMW placed specially for that terminal.

So do you disconnect it after use or keep it plugged in all the time?
I started getting the high battery discharge message and I wanted to take care of it.
