just start with run check on vacuum leak, it hold the most cause to the engine sluggishness

It's not your vanos, because your car doesn't have vanos .

Is your check engine light on? If so, get the codes read and report back.

haha ! I did some more research and figured that out feel like a dumbsh** now haha !

Engine light not on. I took it to a mechanic friend of mine who was able to scan the computer and see what faults came up. There were a few.
-Knock Sensor ?
- Misfire Cylinder 3 ?

So he told me the knock sensor was because someone has been thrashing the car about... and the misfire could be either the spark plug or the coil pack.. but to be safe I order the coil pack because he can't get it in time.. Got 2 to be safe. and will change he will change it tomorrow morning along with new sparkies to be even safer..

Hopefully this fixes it :|
