help! should i buy this 335i!?!?

hi everyone, please give me some suggestion of this deal.

i went to this bmw dealer, there's 2009 CPO 335i coupe with 31xxx millages, sport package, navi and ipod adapter with keyless, press start. The guy told me he could get the car for 35k otd. i live in san francisco. is this a good deal? 1 thing im worry about that is the new 335i coupe is coming out next year which mean the 09 will lose a lot of money, but i dont think i could afford a brand new one. should i get a older one like 07 or 08 with 45k millages but between 26-29k? thank you! heres the link of the car

Thats what I got mine for same year, same miles (and it was color I wanted). I think I could have gotten a better deal through Carmax but then no CPO as I found some for 31-32K with same or less miles (although could have bought extended warranty for ???). I was just a little nervous going through someone other than BMW for a used one and wondered why these were so much less. I think they make up the difference in financing where BMW gave me 1.9%.

probably a lease return. You might want to call another dealership or on here what the residual value was on the same car. Then you may find you have more room to come down on the car.

So, he offered it to you at the full advertised asking price plus tt&l. They can do $30k - $31k out the door and still make money. No premium package. Bluetooth was either a stand alone option or part of the premium package. Even though it has nav I think it may lack Bluetooth. Black vinyl seats. Not fun.

He was talking about the 335 coupe, not sedan. the sedan is of course out but the coupe still is not.
