x3 e83 radio - cd won't eject

this morning i inserted a cd in the player slot and listened to it. left it in the slot when i parked the car. later in the day i got back into the car, started it and pressed the eject cd button. the cd didn't come out. i can play the cd, switch to radio (works fine), then back to cd mode and the cd plays fine, but won't eject. there's a bavauto utube video that shows how to quickly remove the radio, so it should be easy to access the player mechanism. anything i can do to get that cd out? please advise...thanks!

get one of those tweezers or anything flat that you can insert in to get a hold of the cd.. then have some one push the ejec button...

i removed the head, inserted a butter knife, slid it back and forth several times while pressing the eject button--and bingo! the damn thing popped right out. i'd borrowed the cd from my local library, so i saved $25 that i'd have had to pay to replace it. no worries. thanks guys.
