i need help with hid kit xenon light

I purchased this HID Xenon Conversion Kit online, but didn't realized it's only for M3. I have a 2005 325ci convertible. Does anyone know if it's compatible with my car? Thanks!

Here's the problem with these kits... installing an HID bulb in a Halogen housing = poor beam spread which, as I've read here, is illegal in some states. Also, 8000K is a very poor choice as it produces substantially less light output than a 4300K bulb.

I'm not familiar with how the bulbs mount in the housing, but if the M3's standard bulb is the same as the 325's standard bulb (probably is) then I don't see why it wouldn't physically work.

I could be mistaken, given the OP's location, but didn't every coupe/conv come with xenons standard in 2005?
