New (to me) 2013 X1 - stuff I need

I need a roof rack and a hitch. What are the current best options for those two? As stock or clean as possible.

Thanks!

Best base bars are the BMW OEM set. Cheap and strong.

I got a set off Craigslist and they really seem well made. Haven't had a chance to use them yet though

Are these the ones?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/130798214134

Also, I have rubber mats up front and fabric in the back. I see these:

Correct part number?

It seems correct based on the posting. If you want to check the actual part numbers go to realoem.com

For $165

Wow, that's a better deal than $200 shipped that I've seen on eBay. Thanks, it's pretty much a no brains at that price!
BTW, I've researched Thule and Yakima, both will be much more expensive and you won't even get locks/keys. I have load bars and feet from another vehicle; the feet won't fit and even owning the load bars I would've paid about $300 for new Thule feet and fit kit.
