What to do to my 328i...

I know the 328i doesn't have much horse power gain, so what other modifications could i do simple, to improve the overall look and make it an awesome car...

All i've done is tinted the windows.

looks good to me man. I'm in the same boat. I just got my 328i on Monday. Definitely tinting her up cuz black cars with black interiors will get hot in the summer. I am looking at bigger OEM wheels. Preferably 18s. The stock 16a are not doing it for me. Good luck with the modding.

Yes the tint was necessary, did it within the first week. I was looking at bigger OEM wheels also, Cant decide what I want though!

Get rid of the hitler stache on the front, new wheels, if its manual do a CDV delete.

Makes the clutch operate as it should. Your clutch slides into gear now like a screen door closing on a patio, this removes the hydraulic closer on the door and allows it to close quickly.

It was a good idea in theory, but it allows you to have more control of the power delivery when parking (eg parallel parking) and slightly more responsive take-offs.

Add a PBX. You'll have the impression that you gained much more HP than published. It removes that nasty throttle lag.

Playing with that too tamed exhaust is also a good idea. And a new set of wheels of course (plenty of good quality replicas on ebay).

Nice car bro. What a coincidence, I just recently brough my 2011 328i myself. Same color, but the orange/maroon interior. I haven't done any modifications to mines. I was looking into upgrading to the LUX H8 v4 "Angel Eyes". That yellowish corona ring just looks nasty.

I see that you have tinted windows. Nice look. But I heard if you have comfort access (Mine does), that tinting will effect your comfort access? idk...can you confirm?

What site/store did you go to looking for the larger OEM wheels? Of course, i dont want to put some crappy aftermarket stuff in my car.

I dont really feel comfortable putting aftermarket engine components in my car, as we all know BMWs are very specific when it comes to its performance parts.

Hey, I like the Pre-LCI grill. The LCI is a step back towards the E46 oval nostrils. They look out of place on the E90 which has angular design themes. The round insets in the hood look out of place and like an after thought.

I cannot confirm, I do not have comfort access, wish I did though!

I havent really looked at any rims besides BMW OEM ones...

OP: I would lean towards suspension/wheels/tires, personally. I think that would be a great upgrade and a decent bang for your dollar.

AFAIK re. power, I read on these forums that if you want power, you should get a 335. I would assume, exhaust, intake upgrades would make a slight difference. I believe Dinan claims 6HP off of their exhaust. I think.

I'm more or less on the same boat as you though.

Upgrade the steering wheel. That is what I did on my '09 328i, and the M sport wheel is awesome
