Wheel Fitment

Hello, hope everyone is well.

I am pretty new to this forum, and I just have a simple question about CSL style wheels before I make any purchases. I have a 328xi 07 and I am currently running on the stock 16" that came with the car. I need advices and recommendation. Would this fit without no problems?

I am also planning to buy a set of tires, and I like how they look when they're a little stretched. Would it affect my ride a lot?

These wheels are aftermarket

18x8 offset 35

18x9 offset 35

Also, If I wanted my rears wherl to come out just a tiny bit, what offset would be recommended.

If anyone wants to share how their 3 series wheels specs are and looks, it would be gladly apprecetiated.
