God's Chariot. The E30 was produced primarily from 1982 through 1991. The cabriolet was the one exception which was produced through 1993. |

325i with Bee*R Limiter
Hey chaps,
I'm putting a BEE*R rev limiter in my 325i e30 with motronic M1.1 ecu and built m20b25. Just wondering if anyone has done it before/may know which wires to tap. The manual for the limiter says one wire goes to the sensor-in signal and one to the sensor-out signal. Upon looking at other installations the 'in signal' is really just a tachometer pulse and the 'out signal' is an ignition source/crank angle sensor wire. Apparently the motronic ecu has two Crank Ref Sensor wires. I presume i wire the signal out to the positive one of these? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The ECU has a rev limiter in it already (unless yours is broken). How far down do you want to set it? Is this so your partner does not more speeding tickets?
