headlight washer telescopic nozzle cracked - remove fuse?
My telescopic nozzle is cracked and I don't have time to remove the bumper to fix for awhile...if I remove the headlight washer pump fuse (#43) will the tank hold the fluid?...not sure what causes the tank to pressurize and cause the entire tank to drain as the nozzle is higher than the tank's pump...
As many know, when the nozzle needs replacement you lose all of your fluid...not sure if the tank is under pressure or what to cause this...since its the body of the teelescopic nozzle piece and not the tip nozzle, I can't plug it... I can live without the headlight washers for awhile, but need the windshield and rear washers... Thanks...R |

Can you crimp the line? Maybe double & cinch w/wire tie. |

thanks, Cal...tough to get to the hose to do that - and i'd worry about it leaking or doing damage to the hose...
trying to sort out if the pump keeps the system pressured...i find it odd that the system loses all its fluid when the nozzles are higher than the pump... open to any/all suggestions...thanks...R |
