Leaking Trans Fluid 1994 325I
Looked at a 1994 325I Automatic 230kmiles straight six. Leaking trans fluid from the passenger side of transmission close to engine when running. Owner stated his mechanic said was an external pump or servo. Any insight to this problem? Thanks

 . Also, the vehicle at which you are looking is an E36. Perhaps you should post your question on the E36 forum.

Seems like a clear case of someone trying to rip off the current owner by talking about some expensive sounding bull****.

Go wild and check for the source of the leak (housing, gasket, pipe joint, hose crimp). Then tell us where it is coming from exactly.
