Does my car need the extra Oil cooler before AP purchase?

I am looking at getting the Cobb AP but first I need to get the walnut blasting and clean my injectors. My cars got almost 140,000 miles on it all the oil gaskets have been replaced but for the head gasket. The turbo's seem to pull good and without tearing the thing down I can only assume they are not shot. I don't burn oil or use/lose oil so besides the minor hesitation the cars running really well.

Its AT with Sports shift and I have the AT oil cooler behind the rad but I do not have no extra oil cooler from the oil filter housing. So my question is. Is it safe to run the AP on my car without installing an add on oil cooler?
