2013 Mudflaps-your comments???
I see OEM & I see Tire Rack & several other aftermarket brands. I can buy the OEM as a part for wholesale $ but want too hear if anyone has found a good aftermarket set that fits the car well? Much cheaper that way. Please, no OEM parts lectures. Thanks!

It seems the rear wheels of my vehicle already comes with a form of mud flaps?

Make sure you order a set of those snazzy spring curb feelers too!

Our 2011 35xi came with the OEM mud flaps. They work, are inobstrusive, and have held up very well, showing no signs of wear.

Ordered 35i M-Sport and waiting for it to be built. Are mud flaps a factory or dealer-installed accessory? I don't see any in X3 brochures. Further searching indicates dealer installed and may not fit M-Sport very well. I'll just check with my dealer.

Dealer installed. You can purchase them online and install them yourself (requires you to remove the wheels). Last I looked, front and rears together go for $130 or so with shipping.

Thanks. I was going to delete my post after I did more searching but didn't find a way to delete it, so I just edited it to say I did try searching. After that, I discovered that (at least in 2011) there were no mud flaps that would fit M-Sport properly, only Sport Activity. Not sure if anything changed and also not sure if I want them yet. Just one of those many little decisions

mud flaps will keep your x3 cleaner especially in rainy/snowy seasons. I was looking at a set on Amazon but some ppl complain about how those although labeled as OEM start to wear out and get beat up. Not sure how or where those drivers drive but I've never heard of mud flaps wearing out and losing shape. They should be rigid plastic deals. If the price is comparable we'll pick up a pair from an actual bmw dealer and post pix. They actually make the x3 look just a little sportier too.
