Angry Removing front licence plate bracket

Help! I just bought a euro pate from Germany, but I can't get to the backside of whatever is holding this thing on. I am an Aircraft Structures Mech so I am vary good at drilling fasteners, is this the only way the remove it? M6 front plate bracket, thanks.

I remember what I did was remove the screw, then shake it a little bit to loosen the clip at the back. Pull it outward and then push the bottom part back in. I think it's pretty easy to figure out.

My suggestion about Euro Plate is get a Euro Frame too so it looks more pretty.

I have the frame and the plate ready to go. The problem is that they aren't screw they look like some kind of rivets, and you can't get to the backside of them.
