CCFL Halos or LED Halos?

Im looking into getting some new headlamps for my 2008 328xi. It doesn't have the stock halos so i was looking for a fresh new look. I started googling and looking around and saw that the non-oem aftermarket headlamps looked slightly better and are alot cheaper compared to the factory oem headlamps. any advice as to which ones to get? the color of the car is Monico Blue Metallic.

Also would anyone reccommend insalling aftermarket HID Xenon's in these headlamps afterwards or leave them as is? Thanks!_a_
