325i ITB
i have looked everywhere and have found countless m3 itb conversions, what about a regular 325i? what mods are needed to support itb's? where would i get the actuall throttle bodies? and do i need to adjust the ecu at all? if so how?

Probably makes the most sense to ask the people responsible for the ITB conversions you've come across.

Yeah, I figured. Asking about ITBs is a dead giveaway of newb status. If you're new to E36s, take a close look at all of the stickies at the top of the main E36 page. Don't spend a dime on anything other than maintenance until you get your car fully sorted. Very few E36s don't need some sort of major overhaul when purchased.

If you have to replace stuff, go with parts which are better than a stock M3.

Yep. Asking about ITBs in a US E36 BMW is akin to asking how to get 500whp in a US E36 BMW. Nobody who knows anything about BMWs would ask those kind of questions.

welcome to the fest, and as stated, read up on what works for bmw (read maintenance services). the company put a whole lot of r&d into making them what they are, and are not at all like chevy or honda when it comes to cheap performance mods. they handle like on rails when the steering & suspension are proper, and there's nothing worse than ricing out a bmw with gadgets and loud fart cans only to blow a headgasket due to cooling system neglect... df

Better to get coilovers or bilstein/H&R(or eibach) setup. M3 stock is a bit soft for most tastes.

It is better, yes. Try to get M3 sway bar end links, so you can hook it up to the M3 struts.

i already put the rear on and the back wheels look like they have a bit of camber to them.. is that how it is suppose to be? or is that an indicator of cut springs?
